The story
CostaHomeCare was created by Tracy Loisel in February 2026. A Frenchman who moved to the Costa Blanca in July 2024, Tracy knows firsthand the struggle of maintaining a home when you don't yet speak the local language.
Finding a plumber, explaining an AC breakdown, understanding a quote for shutters... When the language barrier meets urgency, you're left helpless. Tracy lived through all of it and decided to fix it.
CostaHomeCare was born from a simple belief: expats and residents on the Costa Blanca deserve trusted tradespeople they can actually understand. A local, multilingual platform that puts technology at the service of people — not the other way around.
